Regulars relish the "views of the city" (some look out on "the Hollywood sign") from this "warm yet businesslike" glass tower within walking distance of "some of the best historical sites in Los Angeles"; though rooms feature beds so comfortable they give you an "excuse to sleep in", those who "expected more" don't linger in the "thin-walled" quarters they call "too small" and "poorly lit" to truly enjoy.

Drinking and dancing at the Suede Bar, then going up to our room to continue the romance and fun.
Several blocks away from many new restaurants in downtown.
Overall, this is a clean and different hotel. The elevators and rooms are great, with amazing views of Downtown. I would recommend staying here for business or pleasure, as you can drink at the bar located near then head up to your room for a good nights rest. ...read more

I loved my room and view of the City.
I had read the reviews prior to my travels and was expecting sub par. Instead I experienced above par from the start with the front desk personnel upon check-in.
